Advance deposit required on all rentals.

Weekly: $300 for each week and each cabin rented

Nightly: $150 per reservation (2 Night Minimum Stay Required)

Deposit is applied toward cabin rate.

Upon reserving, guests are responsible for entire length of reservation.

Cancellation Policy: If notified at least 60 days prior to reservation, deposit is refundable less $50 office fee. After 60 days, deposit is kept unless cabin is rented for same week.
